Job Opportunity in Geriatric Medicine

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotating through subspecialty modules within Geriatric Medicine, including orthogeriatrics, acute and subacute patient care
  • Developing expertise in complex clinical environments while working independently with excellent clinical skills, judgement, and expertise
  • Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
  • Working effectively within multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with junior medical staff

Requirements:

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Demonstrated commitment to training in Geriatric Medicine and previous experience in Aged Care Medicine
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments
  • Evidence of continued professional development and commitment to self-education
