We are seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to lead our Australia Compliance function and ensure our organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and support business initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on compliance performance and emerging risks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior Compliance role
  • 5+ years of experience in an AFSL licensed organization
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to legal and regulatory compliance
  • Results-driven and ability to work under pressure
