Some key responsibilities include:

  • Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM software.
  • Guiding customers through the lending process, providing reassurance that we are here to help them achieve their goals.
  • Leveraging expertise in credit analysis and understanding customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes.
  • Building strong connections with the community, branch, and manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.
  • Embracing a lifelong learning attitude and participating in on-the-job training and other learning opportunities to develop career skills.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Mermaid Waters. We value exceptional customer service and look for individuals with extensive experience in customer service or sales, a high level of understanding of lending products and policies, and highly developed credit analysis skills.
