Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing field service operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of field service technicians to deliver industry-leading service with a growth mindset.
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives to minimize incidents or injuries.
  • Plan and drive the training, growth, and development of team members.
  • Promptly manage under-performance.
  • Ensure all reporting needs and administrative functions are completed promptly and regularly.
  • Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of time sheets and sub-contract documentation.
  • Identify continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
  • Assist the Service Manager in creating and delivering monthly/annual forecasts and budgets.
  • Efficiently manage the Work in Progress (WIP) report.
  • Maximize the recovery of the Field Service business.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality services and concise communication.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory, project management, or technical role or with a related OEM.
  • Intermediate PC skills and ability to analyze technical data and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.
  • A strong ability to adapt to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.
  • 100% Customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders, branches, and suppliers within the HCA family.
  • A background in service and knowledge of mobile plant is preferable.
