About Us

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Kemps Creek, NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive contribution to our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise and implement programs for the class in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators.
  • Build rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with parents.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
  • Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificates.
  • Desire to make a positive contribution to a professional team.
  • Love for children and desire to make childcare a long-term career.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and commitment to high-quality care.

Schedule:

Day shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends, rotating roster, shift work.

Education: Certificate I - IV (preferred). Experience: Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred). Work Authorisation: Australia (required).
