Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the effective management of our supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing logistics support across all operations, including the daily management of stores, inventory, and supplies.

  • Ensure the safe and accurate controlling of stores area for all inventory items.
  • Manage and control equipment for the support of all assets under certified operation or ownership.
  • Ensure equipment is operational and manage periodic calibration and testing of equipment as required.
  • Order and replenish inventory levels as required.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met as related to the Stores department.
  • Satisfy position requirements of Supply Chain Coordinator, as described in organisational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor non-asset related inventory levels, such as office supplies, paper products, consumables, etc. Replenish stock as required.
  • Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with asset maintenance schedules and operational goals, ensuring readiness and efficiency across all programs.
  • Forecast parts demand and plan inventory levels based on asset maintenance schedules, fleet utilisation, and lead times, to ensure zero downtime due to material shortages.
  • Coordinate with technical, planning, and maintenance teams to align procurement and logistics activities with upcoming maintenance events, modifications, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to storage, traceability, shelf-life monitoring, and certification of assets and materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness for all supply chain and distribution processes, supporting internal quality assurance and external audits.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years in similar role.
  • Experience in warehousing and inventory management, including but not limited to receiving, dispatch, freight handling, purchasing and issuing of stock.
  • Industry experience preferred.
