Job Opportunity

The Supply Chain Management Professional will be responsible for driving customer collaboration and joint value creation initiatives across various markets or customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cross-functional communication strategies among stakeholders, including sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply, and external partners.
  • Drive KPIs targets, such as customer service, invoice accuracy, late delivery, and Root Cause Analysis, through the implementation of optimized processes.
  • Build a high-performing team by developing, coaching, delegating, and leading team members to drive business outcomes while providing opportunities for growth within the organization.
  • Prioritize account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value creation initiatives identified through customer collaboration.
  • Enhance service delivery by implementing customer supply chain improvement initiatives and fostering deep relationships with customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) function, preferably with knowledge of customer supply chain management.
  • Cross-functional experience, particularly in sales, Customer Service & Logistics, demand planning, and logistics.
  • SAP, information systems, process design, and standard operating procedures expertise.
  • Able to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights with a focus on delivering results within timelines and key performance indicators.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication skills, and prioritization abilities.
  • Able to influence, negotiate, and apply commercial acumen effectively.
