About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Professional to join our team in Pyrmont, Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with some professional experience to start their career in supply chain and operations within a leading global apparel company.

You will have the chance to:

  • Support the day-to-day operations and supply coordination across key product areas
  • Help ensure products are delivered on time and in full
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ensuring efficient product movement
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, and R&D, as well as suppliers and customers both locally and overseas

A typical day might involve:

  • Collaborating with supply, planning, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Assisting in supply and demand planning meetings
  • Supporting the improvement of ordering and delivery processes
  • Coordinating with logistics to ensure smooth product flow
  • Helping troubleshoot and resolve delivery scheduling issues, particularly for seasonal launches
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recent graduate (ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field) with some hands-on experience in a professional setting
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and departments
  • Great organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel
  • A basic understanding or interest in project management or LEAN principles
