Job Overview

The Compliance Manager oversees risk and compliance matters, providing guidance to partners, lawyers, and professionals.

This role reports to the HRC, collaborating closely with stakeholders including GHC, CR&CO, OMP, GM, and others to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

The position entails leading compliance in the office or country, managing the compliance program, and developing key stakeholder relationships.

  • Ensure local legal compliance
  • Liaise with law societies
  • Promote global policies
  • Manage compliance risks

Your Experience:

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of relevant experience, comprising:

  • Experience as a compliance professional or similar
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills
  • In-depth knowledge of local legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with policies on AML, anti-bribery, data privacy, insider trading
  • Training delivery expertise

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on gifts and hospitality policies
  • Implementing compliance systems
  • Monitoring regulatory changes
  • Reporting on compliance activities and violations

Requirements
