Description

We are seeking a Pega expert to design and implement solutions for the telecommunications sector.

This client-facing role requires a strong understanding of core business processes, such as BSS/OSS, order-to-activate, lead-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve.

  • Pega Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega applications. Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly desirable.
  • Telco Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry is a must-have. You should have a deep understanding of telco business processes.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Functional & Technical Versatility: Ability to seamlessly switch between functional analysis and technical development.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural ability to analyse complex problems, propose effective solutions, and think critically.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry.
