Career Opportunity: Valuations Professional

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in association with a Director of the valuations business on a day-to-day basis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake property inspections and compile valuation data and sales/leasing analysis.
  • Prepare quality valuation reports and advice for clients.
  • Work closely with a long-term Director of the valuations business.

Requirements:

  • Final year (or near final year) property student or recent graduate eager to pursue CPV registration.
  • Proactive and positive approach to work with a strong customer service approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems applicable to commercial valuations.
