Rehabilitation and Injury Management Case Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a high degree of skill and experience in rehabilitation and injury management.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to senior managers with information and training surrounding occupational rehabilitation and injury management issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitating the safe, timely, and durable return to duties for ill and injured employees
- Working closely with health workers, staff, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective case management strategies
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health or an appropriate discipline
- Extensive experience in managing a large caseload including complex and long-term cases
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
