Job Overview

This role involves leading the creation, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements while driving supplier performance and compliance. You'll play a key part in resolving issues, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing mechanisms to ensure contracts are effectively governed, managing and adjusting complex and strategic contracts to meet business needs, and developing risk mitigation strategies for high-risk procurement arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective contract administration processes.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts that meet business requirements.
  • Lead expert reference groups for key areas of spend and work with business partners to support procurement programs and supply chain initiatives.
  • Consult throughout the organisation to develop strategic and high-risk contracts and supplier relationships.
Requirements

Bring relevant undergraduate qualifications in business, management, or a related discipline, complemented by hands-on experience in a similar role. Proven ability in project management, strong digital and analytical skills, effective time management, adaptability, excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and demonstrated ability to engage in high-level liaison and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
