Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide a positive and futures-focussed outlook for Senior School students, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop appropriate tertiary and career pathways.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing career development initiatives
  • Collaborating with senior educators and pastoral leaders to design and deliver career-focused programs
  • Providing guidance and support to students in exploring their career aspirations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform career advice

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Relevant experience in education settings
  • Certificate IV in Career Development or post-graduate qualifications in Career Development
  • Current Working with Children Check or Victorian Institute of Teachers registration
  • First Aid, CPR, and asthma qualification
  • Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
  • College anaphylaxis or 22578VIC anaphylaxis qualification
