Matrix Education is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build community engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and content.
- Manage and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Engage with followers to foster community engagement and respond to social media interactions.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness.
- 3+ years of commercial digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success in social and content marketing.
- Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of marketing CRM's and PPC tools.
- Head office located in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
- Work with a motivated and talented team.
