We are seeking individuals to fill the role of Service Delivery Officer, responsible for providing high-quality service to clients in a scheduled contact centre environment.

This is an entry-level position requiring minimal experience and training. We will provide comprehensive onboarding to ensure your success in this role.

As a Service Delivery Officer, you will be working with a diverse group of clients, supporting them in meeting their tax and superannuation obligations. You will use good judgment and apply relevant policies and procedures to inform your decision-making.

You will work as part of a team, sharing your knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate recording of outcomes, actions, and agreements.

The roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations across Australia. A merit pool may be formed to fill future similar vacancies in these locations.
