Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Growth Marketing Strategist to drive the full marketing function across various platforms. This role provides strategic direction while remaining hands-on in execution, ensuring campaigns and initiatives support business growth targets.

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across paid, organic, and digital channels, ensuring activity aligns with business growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, driving strong performance across paid ads, social content, and campaign execution.
  • Provide creative and strategic oversight for all advertising and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and compliance across campaigns.
  • Partner with Operations, Medical, and Sales teams to translate product expertise into compelling, patient-first marketing.
  • Drive marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting that ties marketing activity directly to lead generation, brand awareness, and business outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience leading marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels (digital, social, campaigns, content, brand). Strong people management skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams. Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in execution. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable growth, brand awareness, and engagement outcomes.
