- Develop and review guidelines for graduate support models including defining role expectations, supernumerary standards, and roster requirements
- Design and deploy a Healthscope 'Preceptor framework' including role expectations, responsibilities, standards, resources and training required for Healthscope preceptors
- Develop close working relationships with hospitals to ensure we get the balance right between national consistency and localised flexibility
- Design and update centralised study day content/training modules with the support of SMEs, to be deployed across the network
- Establish and utilise a pool of graduate volunteers to help shape and provide feedback to ideas for improving graduate programs
