In-Store Experience Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and community-focused individual to play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by facilitating various in-store and community-based activities.
This exciting opportunity will see you organizing, implementing, and managing store activities, including kids' events, DIY workshops, supplier demonstrations, family nights, and event planning. You will also visit local schools and community groups to deliver workshops and community projects, manage donations and fundraising activities, and promote and communicate store events and activities.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement engaging in-store experiences that foster customer loyalty and community spirit.
- Build partnerships with local schools and community groups to deliver workshops and community projects that drive positive change.
- Manage donations and fundraising activities to support local causes and charities.
- Promote and communicate store events and activities through effective internal and external communication strategies.
