Role Overview

As a Store Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to create engaging and stimulating shopping experiences for customers. This role involves enhancing showroom and product displays, managing planograms, and ensuring a high standard of presentation.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills, particularly in creating appealing shopping experiences and sharing that knowledge with your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display and enforce a safety culture to ensure the safety of yourself, your teammates, and customers.
  • Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Leadership abilities and ambition.
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with Manager.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing shopping experiences and sharing that knowledge with their team.

  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions.
  • Leadership abilities and ambition.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and products.

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, and climbing.
