Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to spearhead the planning and execution of store openings and remodels across Australia.

This pivotal role requires strong project coordination skills, excellent communication, and a passion for store development. If you have experience in commercial or retail development/fit out and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to secure locations for new stores or relocations.
  • You will develop and manage budgets for construction, design, and associated expenses.
  • You will ensure brand consistency by aligning store designs with our branding and standards.
  • You will select and manage third-party vendors, contractors, and graphic designers.
  • You will collaborate with marketing for store launches and ensure grand openings are supported by strong marketing campaigns.
  • You will coordinate with IT to ensure all relevant technology systems are installed and functional before launch.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
  3. Ensure seamless integration of store designs with our branding and standards.
  4. Select and manage vendors, contractors, and graphic designers to meet project requirements.
  5. Coordinate marketing efforts to support store launches and grand openings.
  6. Collaborate with IT to install and configure technology systems prior to launch.
About You:
  • You must have proven experience in planning and executing store/office openings and remodels.
  • You should possess strong project coordination skills, including timeline management and budget control.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
