Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our assets at customer sites. Your role will involve working with our diverse product range, including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs across our product range in the field (and in workshop as required).
  • Ensuring jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily.
  • Monitoring and recording parts usage.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A mechanical trade qualification.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Sound diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • The ability to work unsupervised in the field.
  • The ability to participate in an on-call roster.
