Data Analyst and Insights Manager

As part of the largest industrial undertaking in Australia's history, you will be working on a project that delivers essential sovereign capability for the country. Our team is committed to producing innovative and groundbreaking technology, including advanced submarine capabilities.

This role is responsible for leading the development of analytics strategies and roadmaps, managing end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, and designing reporting frameworks and dashboards. You will also lead a team of analysts and data storytellers, providing mentoring and coaching. In addition, you will partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into analytical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in leading teams in complex environments, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, and strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Additionally, we require knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles, as well as a proven track record in developing high-performing teams and managing complex workloads.
