Role Overview

This is a full-time Front of House/Relief Supervisor position in our vibrant club, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in leadership and progress your career.

The role operates front of house, driving customer service standards and modelling the vision and values of our organisation. You will also be coaching and providing leadership to our team in a relief supervisor capacity.

We are seeking someone with drive and passion who is keen to develop their skills in leadership and progress their career. The ideal candidate will be able to create memorable experiences for our customers, educate them about our offerings, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Create memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Educate our customers about what's on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards.
  • Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service.
  • Embrace the Club's Vision, Mission and Values.
  • Comply with the Club's policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling).
  • Implement and champion change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation.
  • Support and coordinate training, onboarding, and coaching of new starters to the organisation.
  • Day-to-day management of Club Operations - including opening and closing, cash handling, legislative compliance, and grievance handling.
  • Monitor and respond to service levels - received goods, response times, service quality, - and assist where appropriate.

  • Strong initiative and ability to make decisions independently.
  • Confidence in handling difficult conversations with team and customers.
  • Exceptional cash handling skills.
  • A high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Adaptable and able to keep calm under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Experience and passion in hospitality with a drive to learn and grow.
  • Current RSA and RCG Competency.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, overnight, weekends and public holidays in line with our trading hours.
