Overview

Are you ready to step up and lead from the front? Club Central is on the lookout for an energetic Team Leader to join our Operations team. This is your chance to be at the heart of our venues, guiding staff, delighting guests, and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

As a Team Leader, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader on the trading floor. You'll support and motivate your team, resolve challenges on the spot, and ensure smooth operations across food & beverage, gaming, and events. Your leadership will set the standard – showing staff what great service looks like while delivering standout experiences for our members and guests.

  • Leading and supporting the service team across daily operations.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for escalated guest or staff concerns.

  • Overseeing staff allocations, attendance, and performance.

  • Driving engagement in marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Managing cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with accuracy.

  • Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to your team.

  • Overseeing F&B and event operations, ensuring service is smooth and professional.

  • Maintaining safety standards and emergency management readiness.
