As a Senior Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to your team to ensure they meet their daily targets and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Supervising and evaluating the work of your team members to ensure they are meeting their job requirements
  • Overseeing the recruitment process for new team members to ensure the right people are hired for the job
  • Ensuring all team members receive comprehensive training on our departmental standards and procedures

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with our brand standards and health and safety regulations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar management role
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the housekeeping industry
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Current Emergency First Aid and CPR Certification
