As an Integration Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the technical vision for complex projects and platform architecture. You will be responsible for ensuring that platform roadmaps are in place and on track for delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a large financial services organization and contribute to exciting transformation projects.

You will have the chance to design complex innovative platforms and solutions using integration best practices and principles. Your superior skills in this area will enable you to make a significant impact on the company's technology landscape.

This role is ideal for a Technical Business Analyst who has worked with integration and is looking to step into a Tech Lead position. You will have the opportunity to drive automation, reduce cycle time, and increase the quality of software delivery across various tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement coding standards to encourage best practices and minimize technical debt
  • Contribute to architectural and solution design decisions, working closely with stakeholders to propose and implement best practice technical solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipeline, automating processes to reduce cycle time and increase software delivery quality
  • Implement Proof of Concept (POCs) and trial new and emerging integration technologies
  • Assist in developing backlogs and producing delivery plans as part of backlog initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years industry experience in large enterprise organizations, owning and delivering technical roadmaps or working as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Experience with on-prem and cloud solutions, deployments, migrations, network, and security frameworks
  • Exposure to defining and managing integration design practices, including integration patterns, register, and system integration landscape diagrams
  • Experience in working on integration platforms like IBM ACE/MQ, Mulesoft, Pentaho etc
  • Knowledge of multi-tenancy architectures
  • Strong knowledge of system testing, and software quality assurance practices and methodologies as applied to integrated solutions
