External Property Restorer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strata External Claims Adjuster to restore our customers' lives after loss or damage to their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site inspections to ascertain cause and extent of damage.
- Appoint necessary trades and specialists as required.
- Provide a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the customer.
- Manage and complete Strata site assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
- Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to stakeholders.
- Clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims.
Requirements:
- Deliver professional and excellent service when completing Strata site and desktop assessments.
- Possess trade qualifications, loss adjusting qualifications, or relevant professional qualifications.
- Hold a current and valid driver's license.
