About the Role

This diverse position involves working with clients whose properties have been damaged by fire, flood, or malicious damage. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for restoring carpets, furniture, and other building contents on site.

  • Clean, deodorise, and restore carpets and furniture
  • Catalogue and transport items when onsite restoration is not possible
Your Key Responsibilities

You will attend water damage, fire damage & mould jobs, perform mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring. You will also provide peace of mind to clients in stressful situations, liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients, and complete all necessary job documentation.
