Lead the Bakery Team

The role of a Retail Leader at our business is multifaceted. It encompasses small everyday moments that contribute to larger-scale changes unique to our company. As a leader, you will see the difference your work makes every day.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day running of the bakery department. Your goal will be to take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.

About You and Your Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct or indirect leadership experience, as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
  • Driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and well-being.
  • Delighting customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
