Job Title: Bakery Manager Full Time

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive department profit.
  • Schedule, train, and lead a team of bakery personnel for optimal performance.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, production procedures, and health code compliance in the bakery.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled bakery manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery department.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and employee productivity.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

  • To achieve these goals, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • You will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bakery manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and AS400.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
