About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and engaging Facilitator to join our team at Wagga Wagga. As a key member of our Career Transition Assistance program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are 45 and over to build confidence and develop skills, ultimately guiding them back into work and enhancing their competitiveness in the local employment market.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Wagga Wagga, with occasional travel within the Murray Riverina Region. We welcome applications from candidates from other locations within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult and assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program
  • Deliver employment-focused training in small groups, tailored to individual needs
  • Display sound Information Technology and administration skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with other Employment Services providers, promoting the benefits of the program to engage with potential participants
What We're Looking For
  • The ability to connect and engage with diverse groups in an empathetic, motivating, and encouraging way
  • Experience delivering training to adults, adapting methods to suit participant needs
  • A strong knowledge of the local labor market and a sound understanding of what drives success in the job-searching process
  • Sound Information Technology and administration skills
  • Enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitude in working with participants to achieve employment outcomes
  • Knowledge of the Employment Services industry (desirable)
