Career Transition Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Career Transition Specialist to join our team at Sureway. As a key member of our Career Transition Assistance program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are 45 and over to build confidence and develop skills, ultimately guiding them back into work.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult and assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program
- Deliver employment-focused training in small groups, tailored to individual needs
- Display sound Information Technology and administration skills
- Build and maintain relationships with other Employment Services providers promoting benefits of the program to engage with potential participants
