Associate Director Inclusion

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and make a positive impact for the people of New South Wales.

About the Position

The Associate Director, Inclusion will lead and manage engagement with key stakeholders and departmental staff to implement organisational approaches, governance, and programs that deliver on our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) vision and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Key Responsibilities
  • To leverage tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent professional experience in driving project and/or program management and evaluation including stakeholder engagement across all levels.
  • Deep understanding of First Nations cultures including historical economic and social factors impacting outcomes is required.
  • Candidates should possess strong cultural competency and awareness with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively in diverse contexts.
  • Extensive experience in the design development delivery and evaluation of diverse Culture Employee Engagement Talent Management Learning and Leadership Development strategies and programs is essential.
