Financial Analyst Position

This role provides financial and analytical support to the distribution group. The team works closely with all members of the deal team, making it a vital resource for the group.
Responsibilities- Developing deep knowledge of key agreements, particularly pricing and packaging
- Creating financial models to analyze economics of distribution deals
- Evaluating proposals, preparing financial scenarios, and developing a strategic point of view
- Conducting research and incorporating analysis for senior decision making
- Using insights and expertise to prepare presentations on upcoming renewals
- Ensuring compliance and documentation bound by distribution agreements
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
- 5 years' experience working in an analytical environment (investment banking, business development, consulting)
- Advanced skills in Excel (build financial models) and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with large data sets and databases.
Additional Requirements:
- MBA and media industry experience a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detail oriented, managing multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
