Job Overview

SIXT Australia is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Detailer to join our team in Port Douglas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest standards, exceeding customer expectations, and contributing to the successful daily operation of our location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer.
  • Refuelling and Maintenance: Refuel or recharge vehicles as required, and conduct basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
  • Damage Inspection: Inspect and record vehicle damage, and ensure all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles around the location and between sites, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Be available to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience: Have experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning, although this is not essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driver's Licence: Hold a current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence.
  • Working Rights: Have full working rights in Australia.
