**Role Summary**

Sydney Dental Hospital seeks a seasoned leader to manage domestic services and environmental cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NSW Health Environmental Cleaning policy and driving service excellence.

**Job Description**

The incumbent will oversee the management of domestic services and environmental cleaning at Sydney Dental Hospital, providing strategic leadership and guidance to staff. They will develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve service excellence, ensuring compliance with NSW Health Environmental Cleaning policy.

They will also be responsible for evaluating and auditing service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate domestic services and environmental cleaning operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NSW Health Environmental Cleaning policy
  • Evaluate and audit service performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve service excellence

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning standards and NSW Health environmental audit requirements
  • Experience in service performance evaluation and auditing
  • Ability to develop and implement system improvements
  • Leadership and supervisory experience in a similar field
