About the Role

Bupa is committed to providing exceptional care to its customers. As a Customer Value Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering health solutions and claim resolutions that meet the needs of our customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized recommendations of health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, highlighting the value and benefits of these products.
  • Developing business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products, driving the acquisition of new members.
  • Taking a customer-first approach, you will assist existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions, ensure they understand the full value of their health insurance product, and provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
  • Educating members on all the benefits they can access, promoting a deeper understanding of their health insurance product.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week including rotating Saturdays.

As a Korean speaking applicant, you will be able to assist our diverse customer base and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
