Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and confirm guest reservations, requests, and changes
  • Process payments, verify and adjust billing, and activate room keys
  • Provide guests with directions, information, and amenities, and respond to guest requests and concerns
  • Run and review daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports, and count bank at the beginning and end of shift
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
