Job Title: Senior Identity Product Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a senior identity product manager to lead our AI-powered identity and access capabilities.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product backlog, refining, prioritizing, and analyzing.
  • Translate vision into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria guiding delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, security, risk, architecture, and compliance teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
  • Champion modern engineering and DevSecOps practices for agile, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to scaled adoption, balancing pace with quality and resilience.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and support decision-making.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong experience as a product owner in technology delivery teams, ideally in identity, security, or AI domains.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, along with service identity frameworks.
  • Practical experience working with cloud platforms and enterprise identity providers.
  • Experience engaging with security, risk, or compliance stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile delivery methods and backlog tools.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, simplifying complex ideas.
  • Bonus: experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
