Product Owner Role

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and managing the product backlog. This includes refining, prioritizing, and analyzing requirements to ensure they align with business goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Your expertise in modern engineering practices, such as Agile and DevSecOps, will be invaluable in driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to design and implement secure and scalable solutions.
  • Champion the use of modern identity protocols, including OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with experience in backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and modern engineering practices. You should have a strong understanding of identity protocols and experience working with enterprise identity platforms.

Additionally, you will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. A calm and professional approach is essential in this role, as you will need to adapt to changing contexts and priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Product Owner experience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with modern identity protocols, including OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Knowledge of enterprise identity platforms, such as Microsoft Entra ID and Ping Identity.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, and their application in identity and access management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and influencing skills to drive business outcomes.
