**Role Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our equipment fleet. This is a varied role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor and manage daily workflow, ensuring compliance with established procedures
  • Assign tasks to technicians, provide guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with parts department to ensure seamless operations
  • Address customer disputes, work closely with service manager to resolve issues
  • Ensure timely completion of warranty and work-in-progress requirements
  • Review repair work before releasing to customers, maintain product knowledge and liaison with parts department

**Requirements**:

  • Mechanical trade certificate
  • Experience with engine overhauls and major repairs, including electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills
  • Strong supervisory experience, ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Mature attitude, logical and methodical approach to work
  • Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses highly regarded
