Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Parking and Enforcement Professional to lead our parking enforcement and education programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that promote compliance and ensure the safety of our community.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of parking professionals in delivering parking enforcement and education programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve parking compliance and minimize non-compliance
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture through effective communication and leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Parking Enforcement: Conduct regular patrols to enforce parking regulations and educate drivers on parking laws and regulations
  2. Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement systems to monitor and track parking compliance data to identify areas for improvement
  3. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of parking professionals to achieve excellent results and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, or public administration)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in parking enforcement, regulation, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of parking laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
