We're looking for a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, supporting them to live the life they deserve.

About the Role

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each resident. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Supporting residents with their daily activities, including mealtime, exercise, and leisure activities;
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring residents safely;
  • Responding to emergency situations, such as falls or medical emergencies;
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and care provided.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or higher qualification in a related field;
  • Previous experience working in aged care, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care that is respectful, compassionate, and person-centered;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
