Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and execute compliance controls post payroll.
  • Support payroll projects and serve as a liaison between Payroll, IT, and Workday teams.
  • Participate in internal and external audits by responding to audit requests and ensuring zero payroll findings.
  • Collaborate with Payroll/People and Finance teams to implement and maintain services and processes in accordance with company policies, practices, laws, and regulatory guidelines.
What You'll Need
  • Ability to solve technical and operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, and knowledge.
  • Ability to identify and implement efficiencies in payroll accounting processes.
  • Experience with ADP Payforce and current knowledge of taxation, superannuation, and legislative changes related to Payroll Tax, PAYG.
  • Payroll statutory reporting obligations and general ledger reconciliations principles.
