We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary Mental Health Wellbeing team in Bunbury. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide positive behaviour support services and day-to-day support to children and adults living with a disability, working collaboratively with their families and support workers to understand behaviours of concern and support their wellness and lifestyle needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide positive behaviour support services and day-to-day support to children and adults living with a disability
- Work collaboratively with families and support workers to understand behaviours of concern and support wellness and lifestyle needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive behaviour support plans
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidenced-based interventions
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Allied Health profession
- Positive Behaviour Support experience and knowledge
- NDIS PBS registration number
- Experience delivering therapy under NDIS
- Experience working with paediatric customers
- Current WA driver's license
- Up to $15,000 relocation allowance
- Competitive annual salary plus salary packaging providing tax benefits up to $18,550 per year
