About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary Mental Health Wellbeing team in Bunbury. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide positive behaviour support services and day-to-day support to children and adults living with a disability, working collaboratively with their families and support workers to understand behaviours of concern and support their wellness and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide positive behaviour support services and day-to-day support to children and adults living with a disability
  • Work collaboratively with families and support workers to understand behaviours of concern and support wellness and lifestyle needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive behaviour support plans
  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidenced-based interventions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Allied Health profession
  • Positive Behaviour Support experience and knowledge
  • NDIS PBS registration number
  • Experience delivering therapy under NDIS
  • Experience working with paediatric customers
  • Current WA driver's license
