Job Overview- Maintain day-to-day store operations by implementing business processes and procedures with a spirited approach that motivates and inspires the team.
- Lead and inspire the team to meet financial and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely reporting requirements are met.
- Recruit, train, mentor and develop a high-performing store team that provides exceptional customer service and embodies the Daiso culture.
- Oversee daily store operations, including rostering and timesheets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage store inventory, merchandising, and visual standards to create a delightful shopping experience.
- Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail setting, preferably in high-volume environments, with a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for retail and a strong commitment to customer service.
