Cyber Security Operations Coordinator Role

This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional looking to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant dining destination group.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Cyber Security Operations Coordinator to manage data security across the board, deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the ongoing success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain and manage data security protocols, data structures and master data files.
  • Configure and integrate data security systems, including firewalls and master file protections.
  • Accept operational responsibilities and manage system processes effectively.
  • Liaise with third-party security vendors to ensure consistent security standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to the director and develop training plans for system users.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions; resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all issues, updates, and system changes.
  • Monitor network performance and promptly report any server-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant qualifications and significant experience (5+ years) in a similar position, preferably within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You must also possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively alone. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail, are essential.
