
Luxury Retail Team Lead

Reinforcing a global luxury brand requires strategic leadership. To excel in this role, you must effectively lead teams and drive sales targets while maintaining store appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-performing teams to meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing their strengths, setting achievable goals, and fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration.
- Coach employees on delivering exceptional customer service by providing constructive feedback and developing tailored coaching plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally by applying effective problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular stockroom audits to optimize inventory levels, thus reducing waste and unnecessary storage space requirements.
- Maintain visual displays according to corporate standards by coordinating with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales performance, staff schedules, and other relevant retail metrics.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships between departments like Merchandising, HR, Training & etc to ensure seamless store operations.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury setting, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong background in managing store operations, sales and service, employee development and training, and quality control procedures.
- Proven track record of responsibility, reliability, and sound problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent computer literacy and strong command of English language.
