Our high-end watch boutique in Sydney is seeking an experienced Team Lead to shape the future of our luxury timepiece operations.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales through effective use of retail tools.

About the Role

You will play a key part in managing sales performance, team management, customer service, and marketing and promotion efforts.

  1. Sales Performance: Meet personal targets, discuss business opportunities with clients, and manage daily sales activities.
  2. Team Management: Assist in integrating and training new team members, ensure the team confidently delivers exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere within the boutique.
  3. Customer Service: Build accurate relationships with customers, handle client complaints with care, and coordinate individual repairs and after-sales related matters.
  4. Marketing and Promotion: Focus on recruitment of VIP customers and prospect database for sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Possess a proactive attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills and strong solution orientation.
  • Demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness, and complete follow-through on all responsibilities.
  • Be flexible to change and adaptable in work responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Possess a team player spirit and ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software required – expertise in Excel.
  • Secondary language is a plus.
